PB Balanced Property Fund, LP
A $15 million private real estate investment fund that is currently investing capital in a variety of commercial estate opportunities. The Fund has a long term investment horizon with the goal of providing its investors with a diversified pool of properties – diversified by location, risk profile, and property type. The Fund had its first close in June 2013 and is actively seeking investments on a direct basis, in joint ventures or either as a majority limited partner or within a general partnership with an operating partner. The Fund’s manager also has access to “sidecar” investment capital that will invest alongside of the Fund for larger transactions. The Fund is managed by Real Estate Capital Management LLC.

A $26 million private real estate investment fund that is currently investing capital in a variety of commercial estate opportunities. The Fund had its first close in March 2017 and is actively seeking investments on a direct basis, in joint ventures or within a general partnership with an operating partner. FB Real Estate Fund, LP
A $40 million joint venture real estate investment fund with Strategic Partners Fund Solutions, a Blackstone affiliate created to acquire commercial real estate along the east coast in a pooled equity fund. Gary Brandeis is a member of the Fund's general partner. The Fund is fully invested.
